The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction requirement at Assateague Island National Seashore in Berlin, Maryland. Work will consist of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, license, certificates, permits, personal protection equipment, professional services, and equipment as required to rehabilitate the MD Developed Zone water distribution system as detailed in the Scope of Work, drawings and Specifications, included with the solicitation documents.

PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation (RFP) and its attachments will be issued on or about 04/23/2026 and will be posted to the U.S. government¿s website for contracting opportunities at https://sam.gov/content/opportunities.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Federal Construction Wage Rates for Worcester County, Maryland will apply. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
