The applicable NAICS code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The Small Business size standard is $45 million. In accordance with FAR 36.204, The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 A site visit will be held on 5/28/2025 at 1:00 PM ET. Interested parties shall meet in the main lobby of the Pittsburgh VAMC, located at University Drive. Pittsburgh PA, 15240 Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted via email to John.Mignogna@va.gov by 6/4/2025 at 4:00 PM. Responses will be posted on SAM.gov as an amendment to the solicitation. A virtual bid opening will take place on 6/23/2025 at 2:00 PM ET. All bids MUST be received by this time, or they will not be accepted. Bids should be sent via email to the Contract Specialist at John.Mignogna@va.gov. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder, whose bid, in conformance with the solicitation, results in the lowest price. VAAR Clause 852.219-75 MUST be signed and included with the bid or offerors will be deemed ineligible for award.
