Description of Services: The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to correct the Building 100 envelope moisture barrier at various locations to prevent moisture intrusion into wall cavities and repair moisture surface damage at the Anchorage VA Medical Center, 1201 N. Muldoon Rd., Anchorage, AK 99504. Scope: The scope of work includes: Repair of moisture barrier and associated envelope components per contract drawings and specifications. Compliance with infection control risk assessments (ICRAs) and construction barrier requirements. Coordination with the COR to minimize disruption to medical center operations. Proper disposal of materials and adherence to VA safety, security, and quality control standards.
