Environmental assessments, soil boring tests and geotechnical drilling at four VA site locations required, along with compliance with physical security and resiliency standards for intrusion and blast protection. A phasing plan to ensure zero downtime for existing backup generators with temporary power solutions shall be proposed & followed. Additional work includes cathodic protection system design, semiautomatic pump clarification systems, and establish control points for future construction POP: 540 days.
