The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is seeking a contractor to furnish labor and materials and perform work to provide labor, materials, equipment, and other services as necessary for the construction of a Training Admin Support Space as required by drawings and specifications.

This project requires services to complete the renovation and new construction to portions of building 71N and associated locations on the Sheridan VA Medical Center Campus. The work is for the creation of a EHRM Training and Admin Space Support.

This project is to upgrade Buildings 24 and 32 to be re-purposed as the Training and Admin space for the EHRM project. This will include an entire remodel of both buildings to include but not limited to: paint removal and application of new paint, removal of old flooring and installation of new flooring, plumbing upgrades, plumbing removal, door/window work, installation of outlets, installation of cable and data drops to all admin/office rooms and training rooms, removal of walls with and with out wall reinforcement for 80”+ televisions, an elevator will need to be installed including all work associated with building and testing of a new elevator, this project requires no additions to be built.
