The purpose of this project is to enable the existing national cemetery to continue to provide burial services for eligible veterans in Washington County, Pennsylvania who have been served by this national cemetery since it opened in August 2005. This proposed phase of the development will correct previously Identified Punch List corrections plans and specifications prepared by the A/E of record. Per VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated magnitude for this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with the size standard of $45 Million. CFM is conducting this acquisition as a Sealed Bid and award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. This project will result in one firm fixed price contract. The approximate project duration will be 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Bids received from concerns that are not Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns shall not be considered. SDVOSBs must be verified for ownership and control and listed on Veteran Small Business Certification website (sba.gov) prior to the due date for proposals and pending award.
