THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration is issuing this solicitation for the Replacement of the Garage Bldg. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Only verified SDVOSB firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of a VA contract that is set-aside for SDVOSB in accordance with VAAR Part 819. To be eligible for award, the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified on SAM (www.sam.gov). A non-verified vendor that submits a bid or proposal will be rejected as non-responsive. Interested firms must also have a current registration in SAM and have completed online Representations and Certifications prior to contract award. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed but will be posted on SAM. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the solicitation from Contract Opportunities and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation. Interested offerors are asked to please first read over the RFP and all its associated attachments/documents in their entirety prior to forwarding any questions/Requests for Information (RFIs) to the Contracting Officer. RFIs are due no later than September 11, 2025, 11:00 AM EDT. No RFIs will be accepted after this date. A site visit will be held on September 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM EDT, in conjunction with the Repair Salt Shed project (36C24425R0140).
