Response: See solicitation for roles, these roles will be strictly adhered to too and any changes will still require a confirmed qualification of that role. Of the 4-key personnel listed the desire is to have the Safety Officer, Site Superintendent, Quality Control and Project Manager on site. However, if there is work going on the Site Superintendent must be on site at all time, if not the CO will issue a stop work at the expense of the contractor. 2. Response: Seeding will be acceptable. 11. Will a licensed surveyor be required for this project?
