The James H. Product Service Code: Y1QA Construction of Restoration of Real Property Period of Performance: 545 Calendar Days The estimate range of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00 This requirement will be procured per Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Overhaul Part 15, as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The evaluation factors and sub-factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release, which is anticipated to be on or by May 27, 2026. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). To be considered for award, Contractors must be registered and certified by SBA DSBS and registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database. All offerors are urged to contact the SBA DSBS (https://dsbs.sba.gov/search/dsp_dsbs.cfm) and submit the required documents to obtain verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so. In addition to the requirement as set forth in the solicitation notice (to be issued), the proposed contractor must also be determined responsible in accordance with RFO Part 9.
