This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF25QA015 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721214 - Recreational and Vacation Camps, a small business size standard of $9M. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 11 June 2025, 4:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH Army National Guard requires the following items: CLIN 0001: 2025 Youth Summer Camp (QTY= 1 Job) The contractor shall provide a summer camp for youths as described in the performance work statement. Please see the performance work statement for a complete description of the Government’s need. All facilities must be located within the geographical confines of the states of New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont or Massachusetts. Period of performance is from 27 July 2025 to 02 August 2025. CLIN 0002: Breakfast Meals (QTY = 360 EA) Provide on-site breakfast for 60 youth for the duration of the period of performance. CLIN 0003: Lunch Meals (QTY = 300 EA) Provide on-site lunch for 60 youth for the duration of the period of performance. CLIN 0004: Lunch Meals (QTY = 360 EA) Provide on-site lunch for 60 youth for the duration of the period of performance. Interested parties should see “Instructions to Offers” in the Provisions and Clauses document for details on how to submit your quotes (IAW 52.212-1) Interested parties should also see “Evaluation factors” in the Provisions and Clauses document for a description on how the Government intends to evaluate your quotes (IAW FAR 52.212-2) Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
