Yuba Large Wood Material (LWM) The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for Yuba Large Wood Material (LWM) for a base plus four option years. Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) with acquiring, transporting and placement of Large Woody Material (LWM) to meet specific terms within a Biological Opinion issued by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS).  Service shall be performed within the Yuba River Watershed and along the lower Yuba River near Parks Bar Bridge, Yuba County, CA.  All work, materials and equipment shall be subject to the approval of the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).  The project area where the LWM will be placed is located along the left bank of the lower Yuba River downstream from the HWY 20 bridge (see attached PWS). This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561730 – Landscaping Services. The size standard is $9.5 million.  Product Service Code is S208 – Housekeeping- Landscaping/Groundskeeping. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 23 May 2024 with questions due 10 Jun 2024 at 11:00 a.m. local pacific time. Quotes due tentatively on 25 June 2024. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. The only INTERESTED VENDORS LISTS (plan-holder's/bidder's list) is available via SAM.gov.  Contractors are responsible for self-identifying as interested vendors and viewing other interested vendors.  Contractors should check SAM.gov frequently for any changes to the interested vendors list and notice.
