BISO CORRECT 8 MILES OF FORK RIDGE TRAIL

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service (NPS) Big South Fork has a requirement for the delivery, and tailgate spreading of materials required to restore and maintain the Fork Ridge Mutli-Use Trail (MUT) and Fork Ridge Horse Trail within the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area (BISO).

This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025.

This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.
