CONCRETE ROAD JOINT CLEANING AND SEALING

FY24 Shiloh Military National Park ¿ Concrete Road Joint Cleaning and Sealing
The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement Shiloh National Military Park.
The maintenance work to be performed under this contract shall consist of cleaning and sealing of all concrete joints in Corinth-Pittsburg Landing Road. The contractor shall furnish all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary for all work pertaining to this work at Shiloh National Military Park. This road is 2.97 miles in length with an estimated 35,000 linear feet of joints.

PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $150,000 - $200,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Hardin County, TN apply.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract.
**Recommended Site visit is scheduled for Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 09:00 CT.**
