    NIFC 410B RSC Fire Alarm Replace: The U.S. Department of Interior has a requirement for construction within a building to replace the existing fire alarm system to bring the building up to current life safety code. This work includes demolition and removal of the existing end of life fire alarm system and installation of a new digital, addressable fire alarm system that meets current codes. All other associated work is indicated in the contract documents that will be posted with official solicitation.

    The estimated period of performance is 120 days. The building will be occupied during this construction project.

    The DOI anticipates issuing a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation on or about July 2026. The DOI anticipates issuing a single firm-fixed price award from this solicitation.
