The Contractor shall remodel the existing Dispatch Kitchen and Operators lounge. 3. The Contractor shall remodel the existing operators restroom including relocating the entry door to the east side of the restroom. 4. The Contractor shall remodel the existing Mens and Womens restrooms in the basement hallway. 5. The Contractor shall relocate the existing Southeast entry door to the double door frame at the basement hallway.
