Z--REHAB POWER AND COOLING SYSTEMS, PINNALCES NP

This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, The National Park Service, Pinnacles National Park to rehabilitate the west side power and cooling systems.

The purpose of this Amendment no. 03 is to provide an opportunity for a second organized site visit, provide revised Terms Clauses Provisions, and to provide a round of Questions and Answers (Q&A).

2ND ORGANIZED SITE VISIT: A second organized site visit will occur in same location as the first (WEST side of Pinnacles National Park) on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 1pm (PDT). Refer to "Attachment 12 Site Visit 2" for full information and instructions. RSVP is required - send to Phaedra_Fuller@ios.doi.gov and Michael_R_Evans@nps.gov. NOTE: The first site visit, a few attendees showed up at the wrong location, they showed up at the East side of the park near Paicines. It is very important that you follow our directions. The site visit is in the WEST SIDE of the park.

NEW ATTACHMENTS ADDED:
(1) The solicitation terms, clauses, provisions are revised. Refer to new Attachment no. 1 titled "Amendment 3 Attachment 1 Revised Terms Clauses Provisions." The header section was updated to show all dates for solicitation through Amendment 3. Section III was updated, List of Attachments.
(2) Second Site Visit info is provided in new Attachment no. 12 titled "Amendment 3 Attachment 12 Site Visit 2 Info."
(3) Additional Questions and Answers are provided in new Attachment no. 13 titled "Amendment 3 Attachment 13 Site Visit 2 Info."
