The cleaning and minor repair of the existing 92,000 square feet roofing system at the Lee County VA Medical Clinic every 6 months/twice a year. (See attached Statement of Work) RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, UEI #, Cage Code Capabilities Statement Contract number (if applicable) Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS Code 238160 and Small Business Size Standard $19.0 Million Authorized distributorship letter from the manufacturer (If you have a letter) *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside if two or more responses are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below. Responses are due to Angel Garay at angel.garay@va.gov by 10:00AM (EST) on Friday, April 10, 2025. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
