Renovate the Elevator Penthouse, Room 1700. Ensure all 8 elevators and associated support equipment comply with the latest codes and standards. CLIN 2: Renovate the first-floor elevator lobby and construct a wall separating the passenger and service elevators. CLIN 3: Renovate the basement and 2nd to 14th floor elevator lobbies. CLIN 4, demolish the six elevator penthouse AHUs and replace with new. All work must be coordinated in a manner of performance least likely to interfere with the daily operations of the hospital. The contractor shall complete all work including submittals, reviews, quality assurance, and closeout no later than 730 calendar-days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Contractor must plan accordingly to maintain the contractual period of performance. This schedule includes submittals, submittal reviews, material lead-time, installation, testing and balancing, punchlist inspections/ corrective action, training, and standard closeout.
