Solicitation: 36C25226R0038 Project: 578-26-004 IDIQ Abatement Services Place of Performance: Hines VA Hospital 5000 S. 5th Avenue Building 200 Hines, IL 60141-5000 The action is a pre-solicitation notice of a forthcoming construction Request for Proposal solicitation for Project 578-26-004 IDIQ Abatement Services with a five-year ordering period. THIS ACTION IS A 100% SMALL-BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The primary objectives of this contract are to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to conduct asbestos abatement and disposal, lead-based paint removal and disposal and firestopping. All work must be coordinated in a manner of performance least likely to interfere with the daily operations of the hospital. Work hour requirements are included in the specifications This project is classified under NAICS Code: 562910 Remediation Services with a small-business size limit of $25 Million. In accordance with FAR 19.301-1, at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award of any contract, the offeror must represent to the contracting officer that it is a Small Business concern under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the acquisition.
