: This Special Notice Supersedes 36C24622Q0443_1. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, Asheville NC, 28805, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price logical Follow-On Contract for Construction Period Services of an existing Install UPS for Interventional Radiology located in the Salem VA Medical Center in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within ten (10) days of this publication by contacting Ms. Taneil Crump via email at Taneil.crump@va.gov and courtesy copy the Contracting Officer, Patrick Stultz via e-mail at Patrick.Stultz@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
