Period of Performance: All phases of work, including project closeout documentation, to be completed & provided within 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction project is estimated between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000; Location of the work: All work to be performed, according to the drawings and specifications at the: Cincinnati VA Medical Center 3200 Vine Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45220-2637 Tentative dates for issuing invitations, opening bids, and completing contract performance; The Invitation for Bids (IFB) should be posted on/about 05-10-2026 and the Bid Opening should be within 30-45 days thereafter. Plans will be available for inspection without charge: The specification and drawings will be available electronically with the IFB when released.
