    Description

    Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract in accordance with federal, state, and local authorities, project specifications, and drawings necessary to complete the Upgrade Fire Alarm System at the Tomah VA Medical Center, Tomah, Wisconsin. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on Contact Opportunities. There will be a pre-bid conference held for this project and all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid conference will be included in the solicitation package. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003(b), at the time of submission of bids, and prior to award of any contracts, the offeror must represent to the contracting officer that it is a; (1) SDVOSB eligible vendor IAW VAAR Subpart 819.70; (2) Small business concern under the NAICS code assigned to this acquisition; and (3) Certified SDVOSB/VOSB listed in the SBA certification database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ (see 13 CFR 128). The solicitation will be issued on or about February 23, 2026, with the bid opening on or about March 25, 2026. The bidder is responsible to monitor and download any amendments from Contact Opportunities which may be issued to this solicitation. The project magnitude range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238210; size standard $19.0 Million applies. Time for completion is 420 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
