Question #5  Section F Annual Inspection(s) Tank Evaluations (page 8 of 59) requires an annual inspection of the two (2) water storage facilities. Please provide the size of the storage facilities and location (i.e. are these the two clear wells that are outside of the water treatment facilities and location (i.e. are these the two clear wells that are outside of the water treatment facility)? Answer #5 Tank evaluations are for the clear well and the elevated water storage tank. The 25,000-gallon clear well tank is the located at the water treatment plant building 220 as pictured in attachment G. Please see attachment E for the location of the 300,000-gallon elevated water storage tank. Question #6 Is there a site visit? Answer #6 The attachments were provided in lieu of a site visit to enhance competition.
