The anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a total small business set-aside. The Mann-Grandstaff VAMC (MGVAMC) in Spokane Washington requires a contractor for flooring installation, renovation, and replacement services. The government anticipates a single award task order contract (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award as a result of this solicitation. The SATOC/IDIQ ceiling is $2M USD over a period of five years.
