The period of performance (PoP) for the base offer (scopes 1 thru 5) is 330 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), there are three (3) add alternates which all have different individual PoPs, see SOW for information. Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to add the following to the solicitation: 1. Adds for reference Sign-in Sheet for Pre-proposal Site Visit that took place on May 6, 2026.2. Adds FAR Clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026). Purpose of Amendment 0002 is to only extend the proposal due date to Monday, June 15, 2025 at 4:30PM (PT). Purpose for Amendment 0003 is to update the solicitation: 1. due date of when proposals are due to 10:00am(PT) on June 24, 2026, 2. Add to the Government/VA s Responses to RFIs, ACM Survey, and 3.add the Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination to CA20260018 dated 5_18_2026. Purpose of Amendment 0004 is to only extend the proposal due date to Monday, June 29, 2026 at 10:00am (PT) No other changes, all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain in full force and effect.
