Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to add the following to the solicitation: 1. Adds for reference Sign-in Sheet for Pre-proposal Site Visit that took place on May 6, 2026. 2. Adds FAR Clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026). All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
