The Contractor shall provide personnel, material, services, supervision and facilities to perform, accomplish, and deliver the required services detailed in this scope of work. Please see attached. The NAICS Code is 238290 "Other Building Equipment Contractors", with a size standard of $22M. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Lyons VA Medical Center. Please include the socio-economic status of your business.
