The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS: 236220 [Commercial and Institutional Building Construction], size standard: $45.0 million. The offeror shall obtain all necessary licenses or permits required to perform this work in the State of Maryland. Prospective contractors must be registered and certified online with https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ and must be registered at http://www.sam.gov in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 to be eligible for award.
