    Description

    Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) is accepting proposals from qualified bidders interested in contracting to become an Elderly Service Program (ESP) Transportation provider for delivery of Medical Transportation services to older adults of Butler, Clinton and Warren counties and Non-Medical Transportation to Butler and Clinton County clients. Clients will be transported to/from locations in Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton and Warren Counties.Established organizations interested in providing Medical Transportation and Non-Medical Transportation for ESP submit a proposal to COA through an RFP process. If the organization meets the RFP requirements, the organization is then required to evidence compliance with the Advanced Conditions of Participation and Service Specifications. An organization meeting all requirements to COA’s satisfaction may be awarded an Agreement/Contract to provide the service. There is no commitment from COA on volumes due to the unknown nature of RFP responses.The goal of this RFP is to attract the highest quality providers for the lowest cost while meeting the requirements and demand for services for growing needs of older adults.
