00348 RFP-CMAR for Martinez IV Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Phase 3 Expansion

The River Authority is seeking a contract for professional services for MARTINEZ IV WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT (WWTP) PHASE 3 EXPANSION. The budget for this project is $75 million. The Martinez IV WWTP Phase 3 Expansion will increase the plant’s permitted average daily flow capacity from 2.5 MGD to a final 5.5 MGD to meet future demand in the surrounding area. The project includes construction of new and expanded treatment units such as an influent lift station, aeration basins, clarifiers, solids handling facilities, UV disinfection, NPW systems, and associated electrical and I&C infrastructure. A qualified CMAR will provide both pre-construction and construction phase services to deliver the expansion in accordance with TCEQ requirements and project specifications. The goods and/or services shall be accomplished per the solicitation documents and all exhibits and Attachments identified in the table of contents.
