Accordingly, the ideal CM firm will demonstrate:• A successful track record managing similar public-sector projects, particularly within the higher education environment;• Familiarity with the multiple prime construction delivery method;• Bidding strategy and development of bid packages for multiple prime construction delivery method projects;• Building Information Modeling (BIM) Integration;• A deep understanding of DSA review processes and requirements;• Familiarity with California public contracting laws, labor compliance standards, and prevailing wage requirements. The average age of these buildings being replaced is over 50 years, with the oldest having been completed in 1956 and the newest being completed in 1994.
