Unfortunately, the Department does not have a plan holders list of available proposers, nor does it have a way of identifying companies or entities that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting an Statement of Qualification's. The Department will allow the use of text with font size smaller than 12-point for only charts, tables, exhibits, and other illustrative and graphical information.
