The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Demo of existing locker rooms on two levels (including abatement as required), selective demo of existing mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing systems. Construction of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems, new partitions, flooring, doors/frames/hardware, ceiling, and miscellaneous finishes. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process. Failure to adhere to this provision may result in the disqualification under the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act.
