An interior dividing wall will evenly divide the building from the floor to the trusses, 12’ from the floor. Each carport will have a 4” concrete slab with fiber mesh with a 12” X 14” footer with 2 - #5 rebars around the perimeter. The building will have a 36” wide high wind-rated entrance door on each side, leading from the carport into the building. The front of the building will have 2- 10’ X 10’ high wind certified rollup doors with header seals and chain hoists. The structure will need site-specific 170 mph-rated plans and engineering.
