#111125 Professional Consulting Services for Systemic Crosswalk Improvements on Ocean Avenue, Colorado Boulevard, and 23rd Street & Hill Steet

The City of Santa Monica, (“the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified firms or team of firms interested in providing professional consulting services to the City’s Mobility Division for the Systemic Crosswalk Improvements on Ocean Avenue, Colorado Boulevard, and the intersection of 23^rd Street and Hill Street (“the Project”).

The Mobility Division is charged with advancing the City goals of: reducing emissions by converting 50% of local trips from cars to other modes; creating complete and connected multimodal roadway network accessible to users of all ages and abilities; and eliminating severe and fatal collisions by end of 2026 (i.e., Vision Zero). This project advances these goals on major corridors and directly impacts the City’s Vision Zero goal to eliminate severe and fatal injury crashes.
