    PLEASE SEE DOCUMENTS TAB FOR ADDITIONAL PROJECT INFORMATION 26-317 CALL FOR MATERIALS BID 115kV CURRENT TRANSFORMERS PEND OREILLE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT Introduction Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County (the “District”) is requesting bids from qualified bidders for the procurement of three (3) 115kV Current Transformers for use at the District’s Diamond Lake Substation. Bid Requirements The current transformers shall meet the specifications outlined in the attached document: 26-317 Current Transformer Bid Packet This document includes all required: • Technical specifications • Proposal data sheets • Delivery requirements • Warranty requirements • Testing requirements Bid must also include a bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid price. Delivery Equipment shall be delivered on or before August 18, 2026, DAP (Delivered at Place) to: Diamond Lake Substation 2620 Southshore Diamond Lake Road Newport, WA 99156 Call for Bid Requirements Bids shall include: • Completed proposal data sheets • Completed proposal form, including lead-times • Manufacturer Information • Lead time and delivery schedule • Warranty details • Washington State Sales Tax (WSST) Call for Bid Submittals • Questions related to this submittal must be submitted by way of ProcureWare no later than June 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Responses to these questions will be made available to all bidders via ProcureWare. • Bids must be submitted using ProcureWare, the District’s online contracting portal, at https://popud.procureware.com no later than June 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Submittals received after the above date and time for any reason will not be considered. • Public bid opening will commence on June 11, at 3:00 p.m. local time.
