    Description

    The North Carolina Department of Insurance is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations (“Vendor”) to administer the continuing education (“CE”) program for currently licensed NC resident insurance producers, NC resident adjusters/public adjusters, and non-resident adjusters/public adjusters that designate NC as their home state for licensing purposes (individually, “Producers,” “Resident Adjusters” and “NC DHS Non-Resident Adjusters” and, together, “Licensees”). No State funds will be used for the administration of the CE program. All costs associated with the program will be recovered by the Vendor pursuant to NCGS §58-33-130. The program of CE administration as outlined in this RFP shall be without cost to the Department.
