    TxDOT Houston District is soliciting proposals for Continued Near Road Air Quality Monitoring Services during construction for North Houston Highway Improvement Project (NHHIP), CSJ 0912-00-146. These services are required to fulfill TxDOT’s obligations under the Voluntary Resolution Agreement (VRA) between Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and TxDOT, the Community Impacts Assessment from Final Environmental Impact Statement/Record of Decision (FEIS/ROD) and for transportation activities under federal and state statuses as set forth under MOU dated December 9, 2019, and executed by FHWA and TxDOT and other regulations related to compliance with federal and state environmental standards, pursuant to 23 U.S. Code (U.S.C.) 327.
