Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract to perform consultation, research, professional and technical services required for On-Call Biological Services, included but not limited to field sampling, analysis, and reports on an as-needed basis to support the Department of Transportation. The work shall be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system facilities within District 12, Orange County in California. Specific location of the work to be performed within this geographic location shall be identified in each Task Order. Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement. The estimated contract amount is $3,200,000 - $5,200,000. No DBE/DVBE Participation Goal Required. The estimated contract term is three (3) years. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting a Statement of Qualifications.
