    Description

    The project consists of pedestrian facility improvements with stormwater infrastructure improvements. Work includes upgrading existing pedestrian facilities to meet current standards and installing a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) to increase pedestrian visibility. Stormwater infrastructure improvements include new inlets, storm drainpipes, manholes, asphalt paving, and curb‑and‑gutter installation.

    Access must be maintained to the Boise High School parking lot driveway on 13th Street via the alley directly across from the driveway. Temporary closure of the driveway may be permitted for up to two (2) days to accommodate construction activities on 13th Street immediately in front of the driveway. The permitted two (2) day closure shall occur between June 29, 2026, and July 24, 2026. ACHD Traffic Ops will be installing the RRFB and completing electrical work.
