This project is submitted under DSA Application No. 03-122323 and serves as an enabling phase for a larger modernization project, which includes the construction of a new two-story, 26-classroom building under a separate DSA application. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, architectural demolition, structural removal of existing elements, and coordination with civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines for utility disconnections and site restoration. Additional coordination with fire alarm and low-voltage systems will be required to ensure proper termination or relocation of affected systems.
