Contract will be between homeowner and chosen Contractor. Rehabilitation projects are not eligible for prevailing wage. Qualifications: Current and active CA Contractor's license in good standing and $1,000,000 general liability insurance naming the City of Oroville and homeowner as additionally insured. Insurance to be provided only if Contractor's bid is selected.The City of Oroville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any non-material defects in submitted bids. The work write-up and bid document shall be submitted by January 22nd, 2026, no later than 2:00PM.
