A: Bidders may submit any requested modifications, exceptions, or redlines of the Terms and Conditions along with their bid submittal. The City will review all such exceptions and/or redlines after bids are received. However, if the requested terms are deemed unacceptable, the proposal may be considered non-responsive. Q: Can you confirm the targeted delivery date for the Switchgear PDC? thank you A: Month of August 2027, as shown on "Attachment A, Pricing Worksheet".
