    The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the 15th Street Mill & Overlay Project, from Harrison Street to Brady Street. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the milling and overlay of the existing asphalt roadway, ADA sidewalk and ramps, resetting of all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent alley approaches, paint striping, topsoil, sodding, and erosion control. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.
