It is merely the first part of a potential contract that will also include the individual Invitation to Bid (IFB), potential BAFOs (Best and Final Offers), and any other additional documents or amendments. Prequalified Prime Contractors will have the ability to bid upon residential construction services for projects administered by NCEM as the need arises.The intent of the RFPQ is to accept applications on an ongoing basis to establish a list of prequalified Prime Contractors. Applications shall be submitted in accordance with this RFPQ, and any addenda issued hereto.Vendors that have previously submitted applications for Prime Contractors for Residential Construction Services, under 19-RFPQ-1653309857-GSX, and have previously been qualified for acquisition and demolition services will not have to re-qualify under this RFPQ. All vendors qualified under the aforementioned RFPQ, or under this RFPQ will be required to reapply when the next Pre-Qualification Period is posted for Solicitation. Qualified Award Memos must be submitted with bid packages.
