    Description

    East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) seeks to enter into a multi-year contract with a qualified and licensed water treatment contractor to provide full-service water chemistry management, including treatment, testing, filtration, and monitoring services. Services will be provided for closed loop hot water and chilled water loops, steam boiler plants, and cooling tower systems throughout the EHPS portfolio of 18 buildings consisting of over 1.3 million square feet. Work will be performed on high profile properties; therefore contractors must be able to perform their services in a neat, clean, professional manner. High quality and attention to detail are required. This RFP will include a base period of three (3) years and two (2) optional one-year (1) terms (for a total of up to five (5) years).
