    This project consists of the installation of high visibility crosswalks, rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB), upgrading existing curb ramps to meet ADA standards, and other general striping and signage improvements. As part of the work the Contractor shall furnish all labor, technical and professional services, supervision, tools, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The access to each property shall not be restricted during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday). If access to a property needs to be restricted during normal business hours, access shall not be restricted for any longer than one hour and contractor must provide a minimum five day written notice.
