In addition, four of the utility boxes that are scheduled to be painted are in close proximity to Parks Reserve Forces Training Area (Camp Parks). Artists are encouraged submit ideas or proposals honor Camp Parks past, present, and future. In addition to the theme proposing artists are encouraged to review existing utility box art collection and develop proposals that are unique and unlike anything the City already has. All proposals must be received by the Recreation Coordinator Shelby Perry by Friday, April 16, 2024, 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
