General Information - The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management (DWM) is soliciting proposals from interested firms to provide CM services during construction of the Phase 3A, 3C, and 3D facilities at the Snapfinger Advance Wastewater Treatment Facility (SFAWTF). The Projects are three phases of the ongoing expansion at the SFAWTF facility as part of the County¿s $4.27 billion Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). This Request for Proposals (RFP) for CM services for the Project invites proposals according to the requirements set forth in this RFP, including the format and content guidelines listed in Section 3. Proposal Format -Technical Proposal. The Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated using the evaluation process described in Section 4. Criteria for Evaluation. At the completion of the evaluation process, County will select the highest ranked Responder to award. The selected Responder is also called the ¿Construction Management Firm¿ and ¿Construction Manager¿ herein. This RFP is subject to revision after the date of issuance only via OpenGov addenda. Addenda will be posted on the OpenGov website. It is each Responder¿s responsibility to review and acknowledge the solicitation addenda prior to submitting its proposal. In no event will County be liable for any costs incurred by any Responder or any other party in developing or submitting a proposal.
