The North Kingstown School Department is seeking Locksmith Services with the intent to implement and maintain a district wide CorMax grandmaster key lock system. The specifics for each area are as follows. The following request is for a one (1)-year service contract with two (2) one-year options from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. North Kingstown High School - 150 Fairway Drive D Building- 120 Fairway Drive Maintenance Facility -110 Fairway Drive Davisville Academy & NKSD Early Learning Center - 50 East Court Davisville Middle School - 200 School Street Wickford Middle School - 250 Tower Hill Road Hamilton Elementary School - 25 Salisbury Avenue Quidnessett Elementary School - 166 Mark Drive Stony Lane Elementary School - 825 Stony Lane Forest Park Elementary School - 50 Woodlawn Drive Fishing Cove Elementary School - 110 Wickford Point Road The contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, personnel, equipment, and transportation to perform locksmith service on CorMax, Best, Stanley, Schlage, Von Duprin, Kwikset, and Master padlocks. The contractor must be a manufacturer and/or distributor and trained to utilize the CorMax key system. Perform emergency and warranty repairs. The contractor shall respond within two hours on emergency calls. The contractor shall establish and implement agreed upon security measures to ensure that all keys issued to School Department delegates are properly documented, key cataloged, issued through the school department maintenance work order system and receipts. All services under this agreement shall be invoiced at least monthly. Locksmith services made during a billing period will contain the following information: Date Work Order number Location Description of Work Itemized list of supplies or services furnished Labor hours and material costs Signature of requestor and or building principal with full name, phone number, W/O receipts Price List and Hardware Inventory The contractor shall maintain sufficient hardware inventory to service the District and submit a price list for each brand line offered to the Director of School Facilities to be approved on a yearly basis or as needed. Subsequent changes in prices must be coordinated with the Director of School Facilities at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the requested change. The Director of School Facilities must approve the price list prior to incorporation into this Locksmith service agreement. The Contractor will maintain a district wide CorMax grand master key lock system. The costs are according to the hourly rate bid price.
