A Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, October 23, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM, in Lakeport, California. The pre-bid meeting is so that the contractor can assess site conditions. Meeting Location is to be held via Teams meeting (Online) or in-person in Conference Room C at the Courthouse, 3rd floor. The pre-bid meeting is so that contractors can ask questions regarding site conditions or other information relevant to the project. The preliminary construction budget is $70,000.
